Bradley Roth

CIO/Portfolio Manager

Brad Roth is a founding principal and the Chief Investment Officer at THOR Financial Technologies. THOR launched THLV, a low-volatility exchange-traded fund (ETF), in September 2022. This ETF is distinctive for its strategic placement with a physical presence on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) floor, including the assignment of a designated market maker, a move that underscores the fund’s innovative approach to trading and liquidity.

With a background that spans more than ten years in the trading sector, Brad has accumulated extensive experience in trading operations and financial advisory roles. His expertise encompasses a broad range of financial instruments and markets, contributing to his proficient handling of investment strategies and fund management. Before his current role at THOR, Brad was a managing partner at Sardonyx Capital, where he was involved in managing a quantitative securities fund. Brad also is the host of "Behind the Ticker" podcast which interviews ETF issuers and service providers.

Brad's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he achieved honors. He furthered his education at New York University, where he completed the necessary coursework to earn the Certified Financial Planner® designation. Additionally, Brad holds a Series 66 and Series 3 license.

An investor should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. The prospectus and, if available, the summary prospectus contain this and other information about the Fund. You may obtain a prospectus and, if available, a summary prospectus by downloading the prospectus or calling 800-974-6964. Please read the prospectus or summary prospectus carefully before investing.

An investment in the Fund involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETF's net asset value (NAV), and are not individually redeemable directly with the ETF. Brokerage commissions and ETF expenses will reduce returns. ETFs are subject to specific risks, depending on the nature of the underlying strategy of the Fund, which should be considered carefully when making investment decisions. For a complete description of the Fund’s principal investment risks, please refer to the prospectus.
