Frequently Asked Questions
What is THCR?
THCR is the THOR Conservative Risk Dynamic ETF, an actively managed, multi-strategy fund that seeks to provide capital appreciation. The Sub-Adviser allocates the Fund's assets among different strategies using a risk-first framework that targets a 5% standard deviation (an annualized volatility reference used as a user defined input to the Darwin optimization objective function when determining portfolio allocations) to determine strategy allocations. It is not a limit and does not guarantee that the Fund's volatility, losses or drawdowns will stay at any level. To respond to adverse market, economic, political or other conditions, the Fund may invest 100% of its total assets, without limitation, in high-quality short-term debt securities and money market instruments, as described in the Fund's prospectus. While the Fund is in a defensive position, the opportunity to achieve its investment objective will be limited.
How is THCR different from THMR?
Both Funds use the same multi-strategy, risk-first approach and the same sub-adviser. The difference is the volatility reference used in the allocation process: THCR targets a 5% standard deviation, a lower reference than THMR. Targeting a standard deviation is an input to the sub-adviser's optimization process; it is not a limit on the Fund's volatility and does not guarantee that volatility, losses or drawdowns will be limited to any level. Investors should review each Fund's investment objective, principal strategies, risks, fees and expenses before investing. See the current prospectuses for complete information.
What does THCR invest in?
The Fund invests in stocks, exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") and leveraged ETFs that invest in equities, fixed income, commodities (including gold), and alternatives (including cryptocurrencies). The Fund may have indirect exposure to cryptocurrency through exchange-traded products, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. To respond to adverse market, economic, political or other conditions, the Fund may invest 100% of its total assets, without limitation, in high-quality short-term debt securities and money market instruments.

Important Information
THCR and THMR are actively managed and may not achieve their investment objectives. The Funds are new ETFs with a limited history of operations for investors to evaluate, and the sub-adviser has no prior experience managing ETFs. The Funds may invest in underlying funds and leveraged ETFs, which can increase costs and magnify gains and losses; leveraged ETFs may perform differently than their underlying indexes over periods longer than a day due to compounding. The Funds may have exposure to equities, commodities, gold, alternatives, cryptocurrency-related products, fixed income (interest-rate and credit risk), and the technology sector, each of which involves special risks and may increase volatility. The Funds may gain indirect exposure to bitcoin and Ethereum through exchange-traded products. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, and are subject to developing regulation; crypto trading venues may be more exposed to fraud and failure. These risks can cause significant losses in related products. The Funds’ allocation model and related data may be incorrect, incomplete, or fail to perform as intended. The strategies may not identify market turning points and may be fully invested in declining markets or hold cash during rising markets.
Different types of investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance that any specific investment will be either suitable or profitable for an investor's portfolio.

There is no assurance that the objectives of any strategy or fund will be achieved or will be successful.
An investment in the Fund involves risks, including possible loss of principal. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETF's net asset value (NAV), and are not individually redeemable directly with the ETF. Brokerage commissions and ETF expenses will reduce returns. ETFs are subject to specific risks, depending on the nature of the underlying strategy of the Fund, which should be considered carefully when making investment decisions. For a complete description of the Fund's principal investment risks, please refer to the prospectus.
