Frequently Asked Questions

What is THLV's investment objective?

THLV seeks to provide investment results that generally correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the THOR Equal Weight Low Volatility Index. The Index uses a rules-based process that evaluates medium-term price trends and historical volatility. The process may not work as intended and does not eliminate loss or volatility.

Which sectors does THLV invest in?

The Index evaluates a select list of ten U.S. sector ETFs representing Materials, Energy, Financials, Industrials, Technology, Health Care, Utilities, Consumer Discretionary, Real Estate and Consumer Staples.

How does THLV's equal-weight approach work?

The Index gives equal weight to each sector that is risk-on, which seeks to reduce concentration in any single sector. There is no assurance the approach will achieve its objective.

How often does THLV rebalance?

The Index is reconstituted and rebalanced weekly. THLV generally uses a replication strategy to hold the Index components in approximately the same proportions.

Can THLV go to 100% cash?

Yes. During periods of sustained market declines, the Index may allocate up to 100% to U.S. money market funds or cash. This may limit participation in a market rebound, and money market funds are not guaranteed.

How does sector rotation work in THLV?

When sectors receive risk-off signals, weight is redistributed equally among remaining sectors. Once only five sectors remain (20% each), additional risk-off sectors trigger allocation to U.S. money market funds or cash.

How is THLV different from strategies that stay fully invested?

Unlike strategies that maintain continuous equity exposure, THLV's Index may allocate a portion or all of the portfolio to U.S. money market funds or cash when sectors receive risk-off signals.

What are the risks of investing in THLV?

THLV is subject to market, models and data, allocation and sector, index-tracking, passive investment, portfolio-turnover, underlying-fund and ETF trading risks. Please read the prospectus for a complete description of the Fund's principal investment risks.
