Frequently Asked Questions

What is THMR?

THMR is the THOR AdaptiveRisk Dynamic ETF, an actively managed, multi-strategy fund that seeks to provide capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to adapt its allocations as market conditions change, and its exposure may include equities, leveraged ETFs, fixed income, commodities (including gold), and alternative assets (including cryptocurrencies). To respond to adverse market, economic, political or other conditions, the Fund may invest 100% of its total assets, without limitation, in high-quality short-term debt securities and money market instruments, as described in the Fund's prospectus.

Who manages THMR's strategy?

THMR is advised by THOR Financial Technologies, LLC and sub-advised by Ai Alpha LLC. Ai Alpha provides model-driven allocation recommendations, and THOR Financial Technologies retains ultimate responsibility for implementing the Fund's trading decisions. The Fund's quantitative framework is developed in collaboration with Professor Kumar Muthuraman of The University of Texas at Austin.

How is THMR different from THLV and THIR?

THLV and THIR seek to track rules-based indexes composed of equity ETFs. THMR is actively managed across a broader multi-asset universe. Investors should review each fund's investment objective, principal strategies, risks, fees and expenses before investing. See the current prospectuses for complete information.

What are THMR's fees?

THMR's management fee is 0.85%. Total annual fund operating expenses are 1.10%, which includes 0.25% of acquired fund fees and expenses, the indirect costs of investing in other investment companies. Please review the Fund's current prospectus for complete fee and expense information.

How do I invest in THMR?

THMR shares are listed on the NYSE and can be bought and sold through any brokerage account during normal trading hours, just like a stock. Brokerage commissions may apply.

Where can I see what THMR holds?

The Fund's complete portfolio holdings are published daily on the THMR fund page on this site. Holdings are subject to change.
